Conceptually designed for Jim Henson Studios, Unimount is an agricultural theme park located in Tianjin, China.  The theme park unifies commercial activities, entertainment themes, and various residential typologies with a singular landform type, mountain.  Mountains provide picturesque scenes to gaze upon and grand vistas from their elevated peaks; similarly, a well-design building is aesthetically pleasing and offers framed views onto its surroundings.  The Unimount paradigm merges buildings as mountains with mountains as landforms, creating a new experience that is both natural and urban.  Unimount combines three landform building types into one site: buildings with landscape, landscape with buildings, and buildings as landscape.
