Influenced by the local culture of Changde, China, and strategized for an international market, 3 by 3 Changde Bund is a new urban development planned on the southern banks of the Yuanjiang River. Three mountains meeting three rivers, the geographical location of the site is an omen of good luck in Chinese culture. Inspired by its natural setting, the city is planned with three clusters of high-rises, mountains, separated by three green parkways, rivers. Maintaining expansive panoramic views, the mountains of building towers cascade toward the riverbank and parkways below.
