New York, NY
The Stagwell Group, a digital marketing investment group, hired us to design their new space bringing together four separate operating companies on two full floors at One World Trade Center, the 62nd and 63rd floors. The challenge was to create office space standards for all four companies so each had their own branding identity. Open workstations were placed on the windows and glass offices on the interior taking advantage of the 360 views of Manhattan, Brooklyn, NJ and the surrounding East and Hudson Rivers. The efficient design accommodates approximately 400 employees, has numerous social spaces including small telephone booths for private conversations and a large-size pantry on each floor; the 63rd floor has two panties - small and large. Small, mid-size and large conference spaces accommodate large client presentations and flexible classroom layouts; all have digital media capabilities.
