MADGI recently designed a series of high-end tech-loft pre-builts for Capital Properties at Trinity Center located in Manhattan’s Financial District to entice the ever-growing start-up companies to take residence in these historically traditional gothic skyscrapers. The three (3) suites in the two buildings range in size from 6,000 to 13,000 RSF; each suite proudly displays steel columns with corresponding metal and glass office fronts. The steel beams anchor the open workstation areas and act as a reminder of the history of the building. The exposed brick exterior walls bring an industrial air and edginess further complimenting the steel columns and oversized, double hung windows which provide outstanding views of the Statue of Liberty, Zuccoti Park and Trinity Church.
