Montroy Andersen DeMarco converted this existing 6-story 70,000 SF assisted living facility on the Lower East Side of Manhattan into luxury residential rental apartments. This included a new ground floor lobby, concierge, mail/package rooms, rooftop amenities space and fitness center, as well as upgraded utilities and cellar storage spaces.
