Montroy Andersen DeMarco repurposed the existing 12th floor of this class A trophy office building located in the Plaza District of Manhattan. The 21,000 SF space is comprised of 4 tenant suites ranging in size from approximately 3,500 RSF to 9,000 RSF. The largest of the suites, strategically situated facing Fifth Avenue, features views of Central Park with a prominent elevator lobby presence. Perimeter offices with frameless clear glass panels and full height wood doors allow for daylight to penetrate throughout the suites creating a sleek and modern work environment. White marble flooring and wood ceiling panels in the common corridors and lobby allow for an inviting and fresh standard for the buildings public spaces.
