Montroy Andersen DeMarco served as Architect and part of The Legends Team who built and operate the Observation Deck at One World Trade Center. We were proud to work with Legends, the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey and The Durst Organization. The Legends team includes: Experience Designer, The Hettema Group and JRM Construction.
“One World Observatory provides visitors with spectacular views of New York City and the surrounding region from above 1,250 feet. The 120,000 square foot facility opened in early 2015. It featured cutting-edge digital technology, dining options, a gift shop, special events and the “See Forever” theater where visitors learn about the building of One World Trade Center.
