Denstu USA, one of the largest advertising and digital agencies in the world, came to Montroy Andersen DeMarco to design and expand their North America Headquarters. Their growing demand for space led them to occupy two additional floors at 32 Avenue of the Americas in Tribeca. The new space, occupying two of the tower floors of the building, feature expansive outdoor space affording 360 degree views of Brooklyn, lower Manhattan, New Jersey and Midtown.
The design accommodates 150 employees; transitioning the agency into a more creative, flexible, and open work environment. A new steel staircase, invoking Tribeca’s Industrial past, connects departments and the functional cores of the space. To allow for privacy while still maintaining an open plan, we utilized double-glazed ionized glass wall systems allowing light to penetrate the space but affording privacy when desired.
