New York, NY
We designed this 15,357 SF for Prophet, an international brand and marketing consultancy. The space is the first completed interior in 160 Fifth Avenue, which recently underwent a gut renovation that was also a Montroy Andersen DeMarco project.
The design of Prophet’s workplace is characterized by fluid transition between functional areas. A creative take on the modern loft aesthetic, the space contains formal conference rooms, an informal bar/lounge area, a library, and a ‘play lab’ with display systems and tackable panels. Other notable elements of the design include: writeable dry-erase surfaces on office walls; flooring of wood reclaimed from Massachusetts barns; and a risible garage door that connects two conference rooms.
