Montroy Andersen DeMarco led the design team for 10 Sullivan Street Tower and Townhouses. The luxury townhouses were transformed into designer show houses at 40 and 50 Sullivan Street. It’s all for a charity event called Holiday House NYC created by Interior Designer Iris Danker, who is a 19-year breast cancer survivor. Holiday House Design Show raises breast cancer awareness in the design industry. All the proceeds for this event are donated to cancer research. Twenty leading interior designers participated and designed the rooms. Each room is inspired by the holidays or has personal meaning to each of them. It’s about the celebration of life. The charity event called Holiday House SoHo also served as a “coming out” party for the townhouses.
