In collaboration with a large team of consultants, our Architecture affiliate, MDA, served as Executive Architect on the new Le Pavillon, the 11,000 SF flagship restaurant at One Vanderbilt, New York City's fourth tallest skyscraper in Midtown Manhattan. Located across from Grand Central with views of the Chrysler Building, it features a large double height kitchen space with curtain walls that overlook Madison Avenue. The restaurant's nature-inspired design was led by Design Architect, Isay Weinfeld. The dining room accommodates up to 120 guests and has a bar area with 46 seats. Above the bar is a hand-blown glass chandelier designed by artist Andy Paiko.
