MADGI collaborated with the Aimco Team to use their building standards and convert (2) existing dilapidated SRO units into high end luxury rentals at 73rd Street and Broadway. MADGI used hard wood floors, custom millwork with built-in high quality appliances like oven, electric stove, refrigerator vents. All the bathrooms plumbing fixtures are by Lefroy Brooks, the entire bathroom is marbled, recessed medicine cabinet with integral LED's and all the hardware by Baldwin. The apartments have all built-in millwork to maximize real-estate and making them spacious. The project took approximately 9 months from start to finish to complete.
