Watershed has been engaged as a lead marketing consultant to develop Tishman Speyer’s marketing material for their mixed-use development project in New Jiang Wan Town, Shanghai. The goal was to coordinate,  control the quality of out-sourced services and provide a fully immersive sales and marketing experience in the sales house to prospective buyers.

In an effort to ensure the consistency and reinforcement of the brand in all the marketing material, Watershed was directly responsible for the coordination and supervision of the appointed consulting teams involving the disciplines of advertizing, 3D graphics and animation, architecture, interior design, landscape and multimedia, controlling the development and quality of more than 60 renderings (architecture and landscape design), developing the video animation for the sales area and being actively engaged in the implementation of the project.
