Watershed was invited by Tishman Speyer to take over the lead architectural consultant role for the F2 site in New JiangWan Town. The primary focus of our appointment was to assist the client with the delivery of technical and detailed design elements in accordance with the original design intent. The contract included design concept changes, technical and construction review and working with client management and engineers to ensure the initial and long term success of Shanghai’s new premiere residential development.

This involved a close collaboration with the local design institute and other consultants to maintain design quality and ensure the highest standards for construction were met. Attending design reviews, site inspections and sub-contractor meetings formed key responsibilities for Watershed. Specific design elements such as façade, interior and landscape interfaces have been reviewed and developed with the client to ensure the project is delivered on time and budget.
