VCA designed new storefronts and enlarged the existing openings on the south half of this 1920’s building to coordinate with an earlier partial renovation at the north. Each bay includes a decorative upper louvered panel that can be connected to mechanical systems, giving the tenants easy access to fresh air and the building owner flexibility in demising the space. The project includes structural improvements to an existing mezzanine, new demising partitions, all new exterior lighting, and a new tenant signage attachment system. Our scope includes review of proposed tenant signage on behalf of building ownership.
