The State University of New York College at Oneonta’s vision is to create a major athletic center that will take both the campus and the community into the 21st Century, establishing a first class sports educational facility that will also serve the neighboring community. The goal is to create a facility with:
sustainable building systems, the best health and safety environment, and attractive spaces.
      The program for a new Major Athletic Facility (MAF) for the State University College at Oneonta, consists of the following major components: ice arena, indoor track area (with multipurpose surface for indoor practices and recreation), and a natatorium.
