As part of the Exchange Place North Redevelopment Plan this project consisting of two 50 story residential towers and a 13 story hotel will help serve to guide the physical development of an area with tremendous value and potential, given its proximity to the Hudson River waterfront, mass transit facilities and existing office and residentail development along Montgomery Street.

     The first tower will have a 20,000 square foot retail space, below about 150 hotel rooms and 550 rental apartments.  Once construction finishes at the first tower the fully residential second tower will begin to rise as phase 2 of the project.  The public plaza between the two towers gives direct access to the PATH station which will serve commuters, hotel guests and tenants.  The parallel walls on the inside face of the towers, forming a slice throught the site, represents the shift of two city grids and thus connects the towers to both the residential area grid to the west and the comercial grid the the east.
