The Arcade is an Historic retail and office complex that occupies an entire city block in the heart of the central business district in Dayton, Ohio. The facility was mothballed and closed to the public for several years. The Unity Foundation commissioned our firm, Pinnacle Architects, to do a feasibility study to reopen the buildings with a new use as a residential center and community center with multi functional retail and museum shops at the street level.
