I worked as a Senior Interior Architect working with the Fidelity Team to build a world class work environment maximizing the business performance of Fidelity's Contact Centers. The Success Measure Statement was to create spaces that have a positive impact on business finances and processes, impove client/ customer relationships and satisfaction, and improve retention and productivity of valued employees. Guiding principles were developed to support the Business Units by creating an adaptable workspace that responds to variable work requirements.
