This was a feasibility study for Parklane Farmers Branch for the Trammell Crow Company. The study included design of the parking, zoning coordination, building code analysis, tenant / common area space ratios, cost analysis, presentation materials. This office and retail complex included over 250,000 SF, with 17, 000 SF per floor and an FAR of 4:1.
