The Orman Building was an industrial warehouse building that the owner wanted to redevelop as a multi-family / retail / office complex for the neighborhood. I was responsible for the code analysis, conceptual layouts for tenants, cost analysis of renovation, feasibility studies, material selections for interior and exterior, presentation materials and zoning research.
