This was a renovation of an existing facility with no redeeming features, but structural integrity. This was an Historic Neighborhood that bordered on The Wright Dunbar Historic Park District in West Dayton, Ohio.
Pinnacle Architecture was commissioned to transfom the existing "Tasty Bird" industrial building into a state of the art Medical Out Patient and Teaching Facility for the Kettering Medical Center/ Grandview Hospital. The program included over 15, 000 SF of renovated space and an addition of 6,000 SF. The site location was a gateway to the Wright Dunbar Park District, adding to the aesthetic challenge.
