They issued a public invitation to tender for the project of a building within a small-dimension lot located in a privileged location due to its great exposure. Due to these particularities, we propose an iconic
image that can be perceived from different perspectives. This consists in a tower of offices floating on the direction of the main road, as a wing that is driven by from a commercial base.
