This proposal integrates a basement and a first floor intended for business with its urban environment to create a unique image with the offices of the upper floors. Access bridges are proposed from the
street to naturally illuminate the basement, in which a cascade can be added as internal view.
Besides, the project integrates a sculpture in the entrance space as part of the architectonic complex.
