Beach house imagined as a big balcony with a view to the sea. In the main façade, a big frame converts the landscape in a fantastic changing picture forming part of all the social area, which is integrated in a unique open space towards the beach.
The side façade is covered with a skin to create a transition between what is public and what is private. This treatment gives more privacy because of the proximity of the neighboring house.
The back façade is a blind volume whose clear composition defines the formal entrance.
The entire project incorporates light as one more architectural element: elevates the house in the two fronts, stands out volumetry, hierarchizes entrances and stands out the contrast between red and white. Due to its condition of a seasonal project, its treatment is avant-garde and light-hearted to announce the joyful character associated with the Summer.
The design incorporates aesthetic codes of the sixties and reinterprets them to create a dystopic condition. As a result, the house stands out over its environment for being an atypical project.
