Lima, PE
Eighteen-level building with a commercial area in the first two floors and an office tower in the upper zone.
The geometry of the volume differentiates these two zones, while the main entrance of the first floor stands out by the set of columns flanking it.
The main façade is covered with a black glass skin with white inserts including a programmable illumination proposal. Thus, movement is added in the composition and a variable and unique façade is created.
The proposal pretends to convert it into an emblematic building.
