This corporate complex proposed for the most important newspaper in Peru contemplates two towers: the main tower hosts the newspaper’s facilities and the second one, smaller, will be built in a second stage as a rental project.
The proposal includes an external and public plaza associated to the regular entrance and linked to the urban surroundings and a second internal and private plaza, which is a green area proper of the
complex.
The direction of the plant of every floor of the tower makes the complex to be read as a torso developed towards the sky.
