An enlargement of the second floor of the Mega Plaza shopping center is proposed, which consists in a group of stores located around a roofed patio with a tensioned covering. In order to bring life to this section, a bridge connected to the external pedestrian bridge is created, by which people cross highway to enter the complex. In the inside, a set of monumental mechanic stairs leads to the central
patio.
