Design of a boutique hotel in a small-front lot but with a breathtaking view to a park. The reception and the hotel services are organized on the first levels. The rooms are located in the upper levels looking
to favor the greatest possible space with a cosmopolitan and wellequipped image. The entire project is conceived as an avant-garde proposal whose customized details distinguish it from other more
standard offers available in the surroundings.
