The proposal for this corporate building, designed in a small dividing lot of a consolidated avenue, looks to offer slenderness releasing it of the sides to appear as having a taller height and privilege the greater inside illumination. Considering the limitations of the land, the useful area is maximized proposing a basement. The façade incorporates a detail of illumination with vertical strips that contrast with the black glass of the curtain wall.
