Commercial complex designed in the zone of Samborondón, Guayaquil to host luxury brands and an office corporate building. The first two levels are organized around a central plaza with access from the street by an elevated entrance on the corner. Restaurants with terraces overlooking outwards are located over the entrance façade. A curvedfront office building looking towards the plaza and taking advantage of the view to the Guayas River is located in the upper zone.
