A two-level shopping center, fitted with movie theaters, a supermarket, restaurants, a gym and service stores is designed within a mid-size lot. This complex has parking areas in the first floor and in the second one, in such a way that the different sections of the project have parking places in their same level. The parking lot in the street is treated as a neighbourhood square in which people can meet and chat.
