The project located in the Gongjiang New District of Yudu County. The site area is 266 mu or almost 18 hectares (this includes a required county Emergency Management Response Center of about 5 mu, and the Health Supervision Institute of about 3 mu). The main entrance, emergency department and D&T room will be designed together and provide for a total of 1800 beds. The Surgical Inpatient Building is to include 800 beds, the Internal Medicine Inpatient Building is to include 500 beds, and the Comprehensive Inpatient Building is to also include 500 beds. In addition, an independent Infectious Disease Comprehensive Building was a part of the program as well.

The facade is a compact window on the world changing to form a colorful rhythm. The long level consists of glass, metal shutters and stone to emphasize the flowing pattern of the various planes of the landscape, and the flowing pattern to harmonize with the distant mountains.
