This mixed use development from Cape Advisors includes 23 condominium residences and two floors of retail space. The building envelope will be one of the first of its kind in New York City: a rainscreen featuring ultra high performance concrete (UHPC) panels, cast with a custom corrugated texture in cool grey tone. This skin wraps sections of fire rated glass curtain wall to the north, and is punctured by massive high performance punched windows. The floorplates support a wide range of unit sizes, culminating in a penthouse duplex unit with private terrace and balcony. The landscape design includes full-size deciduous trees at three levels of the building, providing a contrast with the precise, contemporary facade system.
