Occupying one of the last vacant lots in Manhattan's SoHo cast iron historic district, this eight story multifamily residential project sought to create a building that responded to its context while operating within a clean, contemporary aesthetic. As Executive Architect we worked in collaboration with the in-house design team at developer KUB Capital. The building is comprised of only six loft-style condominium units, each ranging from 4500 to 6500 square feet. A penthouse triplex includes private terraces on three levels. At the time of completion the project had set a record for garnering the highest sales price per square foot south of 14th Street.
