his new 12-story mixed-use tower is comprised of ten full-floor rental apartments over a two-story commercial base. At just over 16-feet wide and over 125-feet tall, the tower is among the slenderest in New York City.
The building’s sustainable features include a high-performance, structurally-glazed curtain wall that provides maximum transparency to the street, exposed concrete columns and slabs that minimize applied finishes, as well as low-flow plumbing fixtures.
