Fort Greene Brownstone Renovation

This 5-story single-family townhouse has been meticulously renovated while maintaining its 19th-century townhouse charm.

Originally built in the late 1800s, the sun-filled townhouse includes five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, two powder rooms, multiple private outdoor spaces, a home spa, and a guest suite. The home's design has been carefully curated to modernize and maintain a brownstone's charm and warmth. The use of wide plank White Oak floors throughout, modern detailing, natural tones, and materials create an extremely warm and authentic feel throughout.

The parlor floor includes the main living room and a formal dining room. The leads to the rear glass feature wall and access to the residence’s private garden. The second floor includes four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The top floor is solely comprised of the primary suite, which features a grand bedroom with a midnight kitchenette, two walk-in closets, a six-fixture bathroom with double vanity, an open double shower, a freestanding bathtub, and a separate water closet.

The lower levels of the home feature a second living space and access to the home’s two-tiered garden. The remainder of the garden level comprises a powder room and a separate in-law suite with its own full bathroom and kitchenette. The home's lowest level includes a full spa & home gym, a six-person Infrared sauna, and a wine cellar.
