Located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, the design for this 12,000 sf Class-A commercial office interior renovation builds on – literally and symbolically - a 30-year design-minded heritage to project a warm, contemporary vision for the organization. In addition to new finishes - such as English walnut paneling, artisan plaster, and stainless steel - furnishings, and lighting, the design transforms a former utility corridor into a gallery, highlighting photographic work by commissioned artists using the organization’s partners and acquisitions as thematic subjects.
