For the evolution of their practice, Iora Primary Care partnered with Bergmeyer to tap into our focused design thinking on enhancing the patient and care giver experience specifically because this would be our first health care project. Without preconceptions about how special purpose spaces should feel to the people who use them, we provoked our clients to think differently about the environments they’ve traditionally built - making them warmer, welcoming, and more holistically wellness focused.

Dedicated to the mission of restoring humanity to healthcare, the new design of their spaces allows Iora Primary Care to fully focus on the patient, caregiver, and staff experience while encouraging patients to use their facilities as “third spaces” for social interaction. We design with a unique and unconventional approach, giving strategic forethought to the people experiencing their environment and the relationships that develop within them.
