A five 5 star class hotel (35,000 m2 on 190 hectares next to 70 hectares of golf) 112 rooms and 18 suites, a mall, three restaurants, a 2,000 m² spa and 66 private villas (design development, construction document preparation, and coordination with the New York architectural firm Perkins Eastman). Completed by another firm after 6 year pause.
