A 17-story, 140,500 sq. ft. 208-key luxury hotel tower with roof top amenities and ground floor retail planned in Belltown at the intersection of 2nd Avenue & Virginia Street. The design incorporated the Seattle designated landmark, Puget Sound News Company's 'Terminal Sales Annex' built in 1916 in the Collegiate Gothic Style by Bebb & Gould. The five-level early reinforced-concrete structure used locally sourced terra cotta detailing from Denny Clay Company.
