A major rehabilitation of BNP Paris headquarters in two (21 000 m2 and 7000 m2) historic 8-story buildings (1927). Program integration office BREEAM HQE (LEED), meeting rooms, canteen, auditorium with 250 seats, 80 space car parking garage. Development of heritage areas, creating a two-tier bridge linking the two buildings. (feasibility study & building permit).
