Community Roots Housing teamed with BRIDGE Housing Corporation to create 235 units of affordable housing adjacent to the new Northgate Light Rail station.
This new development will include a 10,000 sq. ft. daycare on the ground floor. The building is designed to meet Evergreen Sustainable Development Design Standards and leverages great transit opportunities such as bike lanes and bus connections.
The seven-story building will include housing for people earning 30%, 50% and 60% of the AMI in a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units. Besides the daycare, the ground floor will consist of a community room, leasing offices, an outdoor resident courtyard and playground, and amenities scheduled for completion late 2025.
