The 1993 architectural renovation of an existing 2,700 square foot Victorian farm house in the Italianate style circa 1875. Because the house is on Marin County's historic building register, alterations were carefully designed to integrate with the existing character and materials of the building. The three bedroom, three bath renovation included seismic, plumbing, electrical upgrades.
