Renovation of a registered historic 18th century château and it’s 1980 annexes offering 298 hotel rooms, a restaurant, 5 reception rooms, 42 seminar rooms, offices, lobby and salons (17,960 m2 - 193,340 s.f. - situated on 27 hectares of private parkland, budget: 22,000,000 euros). The project also included the restoration/renovation of the adjacent 19th century farm complex and construction of a new 300-seat auditorium (design development, construction document preparation and construction administration).
