The community will feature 103 senior living suites, with units specified for assisted living and memory care. With four floors over ground floor amenities and subterranean parking,  project includes a resident dining room and outdoor dining space, an activity room, fitness and wellness facility, and a cinema auditorium. A rooftop terrace will allow residents an additional outdoor recreation venue. While each living suite features a kitchenette, meals will be provided on site for residents in the commercial grade kitchen.

Designed in mission style architecture as a nod to the nearby Mission San Rafael, the new Aegis community will complement the surrounding neighborhood, while the exterior design and landscaping will allow ease of access to the walkable area. Located in the North Bay region of Marin County.
