This Proposal consisted  for the Design Builder team to provide the design and construction of the Connecticut Army National Guard RTI Facility. This new facility shall house all of the program functions of the Northeast Army National Guard Leadership Training Brigade and will be located on the state owned property at Camp Rell, Niantic. The design of this new facility must be compatible with the design of the existing and planned structures at the Camp Rell Installation. The scope of of work consists in the design and construction of  a multi-story facility of 83,000 GSF that shall include: building / site demolition, site improvements, utilities, landscaping, state of the art telecommunications, LEED Silver rating, and FF&E. The new facility must also be designed and constructed to accept a future addition of 65,000 GSF of program space.
