This three story residential building provides 56 supportive housing units in Williamantic Ct. The units are comprised of one, two, and three bedrooms, with kitchen, living area, and bathroom with each unit having separate utilities. The building is comprised of three wings, with the main entrance and common spaces located in the center, All of the offices; support and community spaces are located on the first floor. These spaces are essential to the community, and stimulate the tightly-knit environment that is the foundation of the project. The project has LEED silver certification.
