Approximately 25,000 square feet was programmed per the client’s requirements, and in considering the escalating midtown rental scale, it was decided to re-use the space already leased.
An expansive series of details regarding partitions, lighting, security devices and auxiliary systems for electrical and ventilation, coupled with a tight schedule, required strict co-ordination of the overall team. All materials, equipment, furniture and products intended for the Project were qualified with regard to availability, with alternatives and customized solutions implemented where necessary.
