This was a "master plan" that consisted of two event halls (a Large and a small one), two large gardens (for rentals and ornament), a small apartment with its pool, parking, a small ware house, and the gate house. The project was intended for rentals for events such as weddings, graduation parties, sweet sixteen and smaller children parties.

This project was conceived in a  400mx32m terrain, very narrow, making it a challenge to accommodate all the spaces in a satisfying way. In the end the client was happy with the results. 

The concept behind the project was to do a combination of buildings with seamless materials and a lot of vegetation, aiming to get a nice aesthetic look and also making it easy on the budget (because there was a very low budget), avoiding having to spend extra money in coverings and such.

With the usage of concrete, wood and glass and very simple practical shapes we managed to make a good looking building saving the most amount of money.
